CANCELLATION POLICIES
We apply two types of rates: flexible or non-refundable.
Flexible rate, free booking up to 30 days before arrival. The customer can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 30 days before arrival.
Non-refundable rate (Non Refundable) The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time after booking.
Tourist tax not included in the rate.
