Apartment "Stella di mare" is located on the first floor with independent entrance, in a historic building in the heart of Lerici, 50 m from the main square and the sea. Upon entering we find ourselves in a large living area with equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed. On the sides of the living room there is a large triple bedroom with en suite bathroom on one side and a double bedroom with bathroom on the other, which also serves the living area. The strong point is the location, on a pedestrian street, in the heart of the village, close to the beaches and all services such as ferries, buses, taxis, shops. The apartments were renovated in 2015.
LARGE MAIN BEDROOM The main bedroom opens onto the back of the living room, it is a very large space (before the renovation there were two bedrooms) and has an internal bathroom. The room furnishings consist of a double bed and a sofa bed.
SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom, smaller than the main one, is located on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedroom. The furniture consists of two single beds which can be transformed into a double bed.
MAIN BATHROOM. The bathroom is accessed via a small hallway from the living room. The bathroom is equipped with every comfort with shower, bidet and washing machine enclosed in a niche in the wall.
SECONDARY BATHROOM IN THE ROOM. The bathroom is reached via a 3-step staircase, from a corner of the room which makes its location very intimate. Collected and equipped with every comfort, it does not have a shower or tub, present in the main bathroom.
KITCHEN The kitchen was completely renovated in February 2015. It consists of a hob with 4 burners, hood, a solid wood peninsula table, large worktop, 6 stools with cushion and back, oven and dishwasher.
FRIDGE Refrigerator 180 cm high with freezer door LIVING ROOM At the entrance you enter the living room, very large with design furniture: sofa convertible into a double bed and comfortable armchairs finish the living room.

BY CAR IF YOU REACH LERICI BY CAR - LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE. Transit is subject to limited traffic in certain periods. In any case, when the ZTL is active, we are aware of it and will automatically provide you with the permit for one or more cars. The pass is free. It is sufficient to communicate the license plate to us when you check in on your arrival (not before - it is not necessary). You can therefore enter with the red light, our structure then has 48 hours from when you entered the ZTL to send the permit to the Local Police. Enter and therefore leave us only the correct license plate number.
IF YOU REACH LERICI BY CAR - REACH THE APARTMENT TO UNLOAD YOUR LUGGAGE. If you arrive by car, take as a reference the small church of San Rocco in Largo Marconi, 20 meters from the apartment. If you find a temporary parking lot in the area, you can stop for the short time necessary to unload your luggage.
PRIVATE CAR PARKING. Private parking spaces are located in different parts of the town. They must be booked together with the apartment and are subject to availability. It is possible to meet at this parking and continue towards the apartment.
PUBLIC CAR PARK. If you want to use the public parking is located in "Venere Azzurra" or "La vallata", they are adjacent, and are about 900 meters from the center of Lerici, where the apartment is located.
